To confirm a reservation we request a minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the reservation. The balance is payable at check-in.
Cancelations:
Where 50% of the value of the reservation has been deposited, the full value will be reimbursed (less bank and administrative charges), where a cancelation is notified 14 days before check-in. After this period there will be no reimbursement.
Where a guest has checked in and decides to leave before the contracted date the hotel reserves the right to charge the contracted stay.
