Chocofest (March - April)
For chocolate lovers Easter is the perfect time. In Gramado, this moment is celebtrated with the Chocofest, an event full of attractions and delicacies.
Visitors can enjoy vaious types of craft chocolates, giant eggs, exhibitions, gifts, theatre, competitions, work shops and parades.

Gramado Carnival (February)
Gramado Carnival (Gramado Fantasia), staged by the Gramado Local Council, is considered the biggest and best carnival in the Serra Gaucha. Whether for the brilliance of the displays of the town's carnival blocks or the attention to detail of the organization, the fact is that the Gramado Carnival has become famous as one of the most animated and grandest popular events in Brazil.

The Festival of the Colonies (Festa da Colonia) is one of the most traditional and enjoyable festivals of Gramado. The maturation of the public infrastructure, together with the efforts of the people of the colonies, has created an event that not only reproduces rural life but allows thousands of tourists to annually share their habits and customs.

Gramado Season and Winter Festival (July - August)
Gramado Season (Estação Gramado), which takes place in July and August, showcases the best of Gramado's winter. The event offers the best in music, gastronomy, culture and sport with shows, children's area, fairs, areas of beauty, tours and workshops which should provide all the family with incredible moments.
The Gramado Winter Festival (Festival de Inverno) warms the town with a mixture of attractions that offer leisure, culture and entertainment to the community of Gramado and tourists. Cultural Corners, Winter Seranades, Marching Band, Acustic Winter and an Arts Exhibition.
The Winter Parade is the grand attraction, where all the characters of the Winter Festival meet, in a procession including giant dolls animated by a marching band.
